    • Redwood City – As of 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, PG&E is reporting 89 outages affecting 1,669 customers in La Honda, Pescadero and Woodside. Power is expected to be restored for the majority by 4 p.m. today, according to PG&E. Check outage map here.

    Community Resource Centers Remain Open

    All San Mateo County Libraries are open during regular hours today to offer shelter, cell phone charging and WiFi. Additional Community Resource Centers, with water and light snacks, are established at the following libraries:

    • Brisbane Library, 163 Visitacion Ave., Brisbane
    • East Palo Alto Library, 2415 University Ave., East Palo Alto
    • Foster City Library, 1000 E Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City
    • Half Moon Bay Library, 620 Correas St., Half Moon Bay
    • North Fair Oaks Library, 2510 Middlefield Road, Redwood City
    • Pacifica Sharp Park Library, 104 Hilton Way, Pacifica

    Closure Status of County Parks

    • Memorial, Pescadero, Quarry and Sam McDonald parks remain fully closed.
