On June 21, 2012 at 1645 hours, an unidentified adult Caucasian male was struck and killed by a southbound train at the East 5th Avenue Cal Train crossing in San Mateo. The male was riding a “Go-Go Pride Mobility Scooter” which had no registration. An extensive investigation was completed with no matches to John Doe #12-11’s fingerprints.
John Doe #12-11 (Case # 12-01297) was positively identified as 70 year old Robert Douglas by the FBI Laboratory via fingerprint comparison on 5/23/2017.
