About our Community
North Fair Oaks is an unincorporated area of San Mateo County, California. It is located between Redwood City, Atherton, and Menlo Park. North Fair Oaks is governed by the County of San Mateo and represented by San Mateo County Supervisor Warren Slocum. North Fair Oaks also has a Community Council that serves as an advisory council to the Board of Supervisors.
North Fair Oaks is a community moving forward to a bright future as it brings to life the vision defined by the North Fair Oaks Community Plan. The Office of Community Affairs, with coordination by the County Executive's Office and in partnership with the North Fair Oaks Community Council, is dedicated to promoting community engagement as various projects are considered, developed and implemented. Participation by all segments of the North Fair Oaks Community will ensure that the changes that are made are in line with the needs and desires of local stakeholders.
